- What do our engineers need on site?
- The phone they already carry. Capture runs in the browser with no app to install, saves in the background as signal allows, and flags anything not yet saved so nothing is lost silently.
- How does review work?
- The author submits a draft to a reviewer, who comments directly on findings, photos or sections. Blocking comments hold the report until they’re resolved, and the approval is recorded against the report.
- Who can issue a report?
- Only a licensed engineer, under their own licence. Once issued, a report is locked; a correction goes out as a new revision that points to the original, and the client’s link shows which is current.
- What does getting started involve?
